What Is Reiki?

There is a universal life energy that runs through all things. It is an energy that is available to us all at any stage of life. The Reiki Journey is an experience that helps us harness and embody the energy to help ourselves and maybe help others. This energy can heal any and all wounds, it wraps us up and holds us as a mother holds her child. This energy soothes, loves, heals, opens. Once attuned with this sacred energy, the recipient holds it in their system for the entirety of their life. There are four levels to this magic; I, II, Master and Teacher. Reiki meets the person where they are at and loves them just as they are.

Reiki I, II and Master are held in a small group format. A maximum of three students will journey together with Kristin to be attuned at the first three levels. The Reiki Teacher journey is a very personal experience so the format is always one on one. The small group and one on one format ensures every student receives all they require for success, confidence and a deep knowing the Reiki Journey was always for them. Reiki I

Two Day Course/$800

This is the first Reiki experience for the student. The course begins with an introduction to the spiritual realm and continues with our connection to the heavens and what that looks like for each of us. Reiki I is the journey of the self. This course takes you on a journey into yourself and how to care for yourself. The course then segues into Reiki-what it is and how it takes shape in the system. At the designated time, at a moment steeped in ceremony, the Reiki attunement takes place. Following the attunement, it is time to get to know this beautiful energy as it shifts in the body and to begin to practice. Reiki hand placements are shown as is the importance of beginning to utilize intuition for when the calling it too loud to ignore. Practice includes using reiki on the self and using hands on placements with others. The student leaves the class with a solid foundation of Reiki as well as a plan to use it in every day life.

Reiki II

Three Day Course/$1200

Reiki I is a journey of the self. Reiki II is the journey of being a bridge for others. With the foundation of Reiki placed and set, the student can take the journey further. In this course, the student learns the magic of healing from a distance, that energy knows no time and no space. The student also learns the importance of honoring other’s journeys, that we cannot save. Reiki II is a stronger energy and this is reflected in the attunement process where the student feels deeply how special this energy truly is. Following the attunement, practice begins. Self practice, practice on others and practice from a distance round out this transformative experience.

Reiki Master

Four Day Course/$2500

Following the experience of levels I and II, the student may yet again feel the pull of another homecoming. Many wake up one day and know it is time for the journey to Master. Some hear the message of “you’re ready” from a trusted teacher. This is another level of depth where the student comes to know even more about the sacred energy they hold inside of themselves. This course is four days of exploration, self reflection, continued practice and celebration as the student receives the Master attunement. A joyful experience indeed.

Reiki Teacher

Six Month Course/$10,000

The transition from Master to Teacher can be a road full of twists and turns. Self-mastery is ever a process of arriving and then moving forward. There is a moment after a particular arrival that the Master feels it is time to teach others. This is the point where Kristin enters with the Reiki Teacher course. This is a six month course of instruction, mentorship, practice and the Reiki Teacher attunement. The process is selective as Kristin only takes on a few individual students at a time. Kristin dedicates a significant amount of time with her student in order to pass on her love of teaching. Upon graduating from this course, the student becomes the teacher and is able to create their own course and give the incredible gift of Reiki via the attunement process.
