There is a universal life energy that runs through all things. It is an energy that is available to us all at any stage of life. The Reiki Journey is an experience that helps us harness and embody the energy to help ourselves and maybe help others. This energy can heal any and all wounds, it wraps us up and holds us as a mother holds her child. This energy soothes, loves, heals, opens. Once attuned with this sacred energy, the recipient holds it in their system for the entirety of their life.

The Reiki I class begins with an introduction to the spiritual realm and continues with our connection to the heavens and what that looks like for each of us. Reiki I is the journey of the self. This course takes you on a journey into yourself and how to care for yourself. The course then segues into Reiki-what it is and how it takes shape in the system. At the designated time, at a moment steeped in ceremony, the Reiki attunement takes place. Following the attunement, it is time to get to know this beautiful energy as it shifts in the body and to begin to practice. Reiki hand placements are shown as is the importance of beginning to utilize intuition for when the calling is too loud to ignore. Practice includes using reiki on the self and using hands on placements with others. The student leaves the class with a solid foundation of Reiki as well as a plan to use it in every day life.

The course is two days long and is held on both Saturday and Sunday from 9am-4pm. Class is held at Kristin’s studio located at 9 Brook Street, Cohasset, MA. This class is limited to four participants and advanced registration is required. The cost is $800 and payment can be made in full or through a payment plan.
